You notice, they never quite come out and say that it’s a “penis enlarger.” They take advantage of the similar language in describing an ERECTION and the verbiage one would use to describe actually permanently enlarging a penis (the latter of which is not possible through anything except surgery…and then, with minimal results and high rate of complications).
In short, this is nonsense.
